Registration
Registration can be made in writing, by e-mail or by telephone. The contract is concluded by written confirmation on our part, whereby these terms and conditions become binding.
Participation requirements
For all offers a good physical condition and appropriate equipment are required. If participants do not meet these requirements, the organizer can exclude them before or during the tour. In case of exclusion for the reasons mentioned above, no refund will be made.
Price, services and payment
The services included in the price vary depending on the offer. These are listed in each case in the quoattaion. If not explicitly mentioned, the price is always exclusive of arrival / return journey, (cable) railroads, taxi, food, drinks, rental equipment and accommodation. For multi-day tours / overnight stays, the cost of accommodation is usually paid directly to the third-party provider on site.
Payment
An invoice will be sent with the confirmation of registration. For day and weekend tours the amount is to be paid at the latest 10 days before the tour. For short-term registrations, the amount is to be transferred immediately.
For offers lasting three or more days, a deposit is to be paid within 14 days after receipt of the registration confirmation. The balance is due 21 days before the start of the offer.
If payment is not received on time, swiss alps to go may cancel the contract and claim any expenses already incurred.
Withdrawal by the participant
Should a participant not be able to participate in the planned offer for any reason, swiss alps to go must be informed in writing.
In addition, the following costs will be charged:
Cancellation 21 -15 days before start: 25% of the offer price.
Cancellation 14 – 8 days before start: 50 % of the offer price
Cancellation less than 7 days before start: 100 % of the offer price

If a participant cancels a tour early or does not join it, there is no right to a refund.
Program changes
The safety of our participants has top priority. Therefore, weather conditions or the condition of the participants or the tour leader may lead to changes in the program, area or route at short notice or to the cancellation of the tour. Any additional costs for travel and accommodation will be borne by the participant.
Minimum number of participants
A minimum number of participants is specified for each offer. If this number is not reached 7 days before the start of the event, swiss alps to go may cancel the tour. Alternatively, the offer can be carried out with fewer participants if the registered persons agree to an additional charge.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
Liability
The activities offered, such as hiking and snowshoeing, are high-risk sports and a residual risk cannot be excluded despite careful planning. By registering, the participant acknowledges these dangers and risks and waives any claims for damages and/or liability against the organizer in this regard. This also applies to theft, loss or damage of own or rented material.
Picture material
Swiss alps to go reserves the right to use film and picture material taken during the offer for print products, website and picture galleries. Persons may be recognizable on the photographic material. Participants who do not wish this can contact the organizer.
Data protection
Swiss alps to go uses the information provided for the processing of registrations and for sending out its own offers by post or e-mail. Data will only be passed on to third parties if necessary within the framework of the booked offer (reservations for transport, overnight stays, etc.).
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The concluded contracts are subject to Swiss law, place of jurisdiction is Arlesheim, Canton Baselland.
Swiss alps to go reserves the right to change the GTC. The version valid at the time of booking shall apply.
